BahesTech Software House offers the following services:

• Mobile Application Development (iOS & Android)
• Search Engine Optimization (SEO)
• Web Development (Social Media, PPC, Content Marketing)
• Video Editing (Making Templates, Content, Social Media Posts)
• Each service is subject to a written agreement or proposal of the scope, time and price.

The Client acknowledges that the Client agrees to:

• Deliver timely, accurate, and complete information to complete the project.
• Identify a point person for approvals and communications.
• Give timely feedback and approvals at agreed milestones.
• Make sure that all content, images or materials given are legally owned or licensed by the Client.
• Follow agreed schedule for making payments.
• Failure of the Client to complete these obligations could lead to adjustments of project timelines at BahesTech's discretion.

1. General Payment Policy
   • The project must be at least 50% paid in advance before it begins.
   • If not paid before the project is complete, remaining balance will be due at the time of final delivery.
   • If you are receiving more regular services (SEO or Digital Marketing), payment is required on the 1st of every month.
2. Late Payments
   • Failed to pay the invoice within 15 days then the 5% of monthly late fee will apply.
   • BahesTech reserves the right to temporarily or indefinitely suspend or terminate services for overdue accounts.
   • The outstanding amounts are due if services are resumed after they have been suspended.
3. Payment Methods
   All bank transfers, EasyPaisa, JazzCash and as agreed payments are welcome. Unless otherwise mentioned all prices are quoted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR).

Within the agreed scope, there are up to 3 rounds of revisions with standard projects.

• Any additional revisions/scope change will be quoted at an additional cost.
• A change request must be made in writing (email) and will be considered.
• BahesTech will not be responsible for any delay caused by scope changes as requested by the Client.

1. Client-Provided Content
   All materials, content, logos and data the Client provides remain the property of the Client.
2. Deliverables
   Once the Client has paid the full amount, BahesTech passes the full ownership of the final deliverables (website files, app code, designs) to the Client.
3. BahesTech Portfolio Rights
   Unless the Client requests in writing that the Client's project be kept confidential, BahesTech shall be able to post projects in its portfolio and use descriptions of completed projects for marketing.
4. Third-Party Tools & Licenses
   The use of third party tools, themes, plugins or stock assets may be used in some projects. Where such tools are required costs for licensing are the responsibility of the Client unless included in the project proposal.

While BahesTech offers professional SEO and digital marketing services, yet:

• We do NOT warrant or ensure any particular ranking on Google or other search engines.
• While search engines don't always change, the ones that do do so at an unpredictable pace.
• The results are dependent on competition, industry and client co-operation.
• We employ all white-hat, Google friendly SEO methods.
• All consequences of Client's use of black-hat techniques are Client's responsibility.

Estimated timelines are included in project proposals only and are not guaranteed.
Timelines may be subject to change in the event of a Client delay or change in scope or unexpected technical issues.

• BahesTech will notify the Client of any delays as soon as possible

Digitalised final products are delivered, if not agreed otherwise

The two parties will agree to keep sensitive business information shared with them in confidence. This requires is continued for 2 Years after the Project completion.

1. Termination by Client
   14 days notice in writing can be given by the Client to terminate services. If the termination is for any reason other than due to a breach by BahesTech, the advance payment is non-refundable.
2. Termination by BahesTech
   BahesTech reserves the right to terminate a project, if it is not paid, if it is being carried out in an abusive manner, or if it is illegal. If this is the case, then the work done so far will be billed.

In the event of any claim by a client against us for any services performed, our total liability to be made good to the Client shall not exceed the total amount of services paid by the Client for the particular services in question. We will not be responsible for:

• Loss of revenue, profits, or data
• Third party platform issues (Google algorithm changes, hosting problems)

Any delays or inaction that occur on the client-side.Any delays or inaction due to client's action or inaction.
All losses that are indirect or consequential in any manner.

The laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan shall govern these Terms. The courts of the city of Gujranwala, Punjab, Pakistan shall have jurisdiction and shall have the final say in any dispute.

These Terms may be amended at any time at BahesTech's discretion. New Terms will be available on our website. By continued use of our services following changes, you are deemed to have accepted them.
